Answer: Upon agreeing on the scope, included features, and price of your website, you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the total project cost. Once payment is received the creation process will begin. When the website is finished and approved by the client, the remaining 50% will be due. Payment must be received before the site goes ‘Live’ (e.g. becomes available to the general public).

Answer: MidState Design offers digital services and, as such, does not offer refunds. That said, it is extremely important that each client be happy and satisfied with their website(s). Revisions, within reason, are provided and even expected. MidState Design has a long history of delivering quality websites. The Testimonials page demonstrates that with great clarity.

Should you not be happy with the initial concept, the proper adjustments will be made another will be presented to you. The goal is to give you a home on the internet that you are happy with. The final payment is not due until we reach that point.

Answer: Absolutely! MidState Design currently offers professional WordPress Care Packages (maintenance) for $360 per year. It includes updates to your site twice a month, bug fixes, six hours of support time, and more.

Answer: Absolutely! There is nothing more frustrating than dealing with sub-standard web hosting companies. Having experienced it myself, I personally ordered and provisioned two dedicated servers. They are configured specifically for WordPress security, speed, and functionality. Our servers have very low saturation (fewer clients per server), and greatly enhanced resource allotment per account. The current cost of MidState Design’s Premium Website Hosting is $240 per year.

MidState Design can only be hired to do one website at a time – per client. Any further websites can be discussed once the initial project is completed.
