In my work as a marketing strategist and copywriter, I also help clients plan and work with developers to create effective websites that achieve their goals. I have worked with many developers hired by my clients over the years, and I have seen everything from malfeasance (attempted theft and account hacking) to incompetence (sites that were poorly coded and did not function well or consistently) to unreliability (where the developer just dropped off the face of the earth, never finished the project and never refunded the client’s money).

I had the privilege of working with Corey on a WordPress website for a charitable cause recently (we both worked on it pro bono and Corey was kind enough to also provide free hosting for the cause). I found him to be:
