WordPress Care Package and General Support Terms

MidState Design’s WordPress Care Package Plan provides a very generous allowance of 6 hours per year for general support, editing, and question answering. In order for all clients to receive the best level of service possible, it is imperative that each client understand the conditions by which support is provided. That is the purpose of this form. To make sure no individual client abuses the support system at the expense of anyone else.

Support is just one of the services MidState Design provides. Other services include website design and hosting. It is crucial to stay on task when working on any given project. Dropping everything and trying to get back to it later tends to cause mistakes and delays. It also takes time to get back up to speed with whatever had been the focus prior to getting interrupted, which is costly from a financial perspective.
